Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan pusat kuliner gudeg dan lainnya. Mini market juga walking distance. PRnya hanya 1 yaitu parkir mobil yang terbatas. Hotel staff saya kasih jempol 2 F&B product juga enak-enak Good job mate Yang paling disuka keluarga saya cuma kursi pijat elektrik yang berada di lobby hehe

kamar bersih, dari kamar bisa lihat view gunung merapi, tempat tidur, bantal, slimut nyaman, ada teko dengan botol air minum yang bisa diisi ulang...akan lebih baik bila di ruang selantai terdapat dipenser untuk mengisi ulang botol kaca air minumnya. kamar mandi bersih meskipun handuknya sudah tidak putih lagi. menu makanan enak, di samping ballroom nya ada mushola dengan tempat wudhu yang nyaman. sukses terus untuk grand tjokro

All the staff here is very friendly, location is ok. The problem is the rooms, the rooms needs a lot of renovations and improvements starting from the dirt stained carpets, the mattress, the door is hard to open, and last the bidet’s water has an unpleasant smells, some amenities already rusty and can do some upgrade about the breakfast and interior.

Lokasi strategis di Jln Gejayan, dekat dengan spot kuliner gudeg bromo. Sayangnya parkiran terbatas dan sempat ada kecoak di kamar mandi. Tapi petugas sigap menyelesaikan. Soal kamar, sempat ada perdebatan dengan alasan kamar sudah penuh tercheckin. Padahal ada kawan kami yg blm checkin. Mohon dapat diperbaiki layanan di bagian front officenya.
